We wondered, what could we possibly say that is more inspiring than anything else you are already accessing on the hyper-connected platforms of today. Something that isn’t cliched, feels authentic and conveys the truest of our intentions.
And so, bear with us, we delve into story time!
In June of 2023, at age 31, I left behind a decade-long corporate career as a strategist and branding expert specialising in growth strategy, success training and brand transformations, retiring as AVP and hoping to bring my skill set to small businesses started by passionate innovators and artists (especially artists) who, much like me, had an end goal bigger than revenue-compounding in mind.
BetterInc was started as an initiative to help people find the best in and around them and not just find; but make the journey along with them till the can continue to evolve and find the best within themselves, by themselves.
While working on the concept of BetterInc, I also worked to coach myself our of a severe burnout caused by a never-ending conditioning for perfection, being the best, societally-offered definitions of ‘success’ and multiple upheavals in family/personal life.
Why do you, the reader, need to know all of this though? Because it is imperative for you to know what we can do for you is not yet another gimmick-based, one-size-fits-all offering. We can walk the journey with you - from problem identification to resolution and implementation, and when we say ‘we understand’, we do mean it; the chances are we have ourselves dealt with all or most of it. Your first and last steps with us begin and end with empathy.
Also, perhaps more importantly, we could find no better way to be truly authentic and vulnerable with you first, before we ask you to do the same with us.
In our own small way, BetterInc aims to rewire and redesign the very foundations of today’s society for a more joyful tomorrow.
