It started as an initiative to help people - businesses, creators, artists and individuals alike, find the best in and around them and not just find; but make the journey along with them till they can continue to evolve and find the best within themselves, by themselves.
Your first and last steps with us begin and end with empathy. We believe there is no better way than to be truly authentic and vulnerable with you first, before we ask you to do the same with us. In our own small way, BetterInc aims to rewire and redesign the very foundations of today’s society for a more joyful tomorrow.
About the name
BetterInc ; Better + Inc , just a passionate concept in the founder's mind in March 2023 before it made a public debut on 25 June 2023. All that was known for sure was that the whatever we work on, it needs to be something that is making the client 'better' in some way and wherever possible, contributing towards the betterment of our society at large.
Why 'Inc' ?
Apart from the traditionally known short-form for 'incorporated', a term often used in the names of businesses, we chose this to also communicate the heart of the work we want to do and the value we hope to build.

Meet The Founder
Meet The Founder
With over 10 years of work experience, I am a passionate and creative founder, brand, strategy and content consultant, workplace happiness consultant and a happiness + positive psychology coach. I help artists, entrepreneurs, and organisations grow and achieve their goals through design thinking and innovative solutions.
I also coach and mentor people on success, happiness, and purpose, and share my insights through engaging and inspiring content. I value collaboration, diversity, and learning, and I aim to make a positive impact on the world through my work.
In March of 2023, at age 31, I left behind a decade-long corporate career as a strategist and branding expert specialising in growth strategy, success training and brand transformations, retiring as AVP and hoping to bring my skill set to small businesses started by passionate innovators and creators who, much like me, had an end goal bigger than revenue-compounding in mind. As the founder of my own venture, I lead the strategy, growth, and new initiatives for various projects and clients.
While working on the concept of BetterInc, I also worked to coach myself out of a severe burnout caused by a never-ending conditioning for perfection, being the best, societally-offered definitions of ‘success’ and multiple upheavals in family/personal life.
Why do you, the reader, need to know all of this though? Because it is imperative for you to know what we can do for you is not yet another gimmick-based, one-size-fits-all offering. We can walk the journey with you - from problem identification to resolution and implementation, and when we say ‘we understand’, we do mean it; the chances are we have ourselves dealt with all or most of it.
I enjoy working with diverse and talented people, travel, social change and sustainability drivers, and a myriad of books, music and theatre. At the heart of it, I am passionate about storytelling and crafting unique stories for myself and others.
